I'm going too fast to raed it but I read the one cuteness paragraph and it looks interesting and I'm glad u pointed out that it doesn't quite fit into life. I really hate how things which make me feel often don't seem livable.

if all the feds have on him is "you didn't prevent criminals using your app to do illegal things", what the hell is he supposed to have done?
there are plenty of foss apps that use genuine end2end encryption where outsiders absolutely positively cannot know what you're sending, are all of those developers gonna get arrested too?
i think there rly should be some middle ground between illegal-activity-heaven and big-brother-police-state but if the solution is to just build backdoors that only "the good guys" can get into, it feels like a waste
