I would suggest that you ask a Jesuit, but more or less the answer comes down to two things:
One, the reason why evil people exist is because God is omnipotent, but of like, er, essentially there are two concepts of omnipotence, one is where you have to adhere to logic (I can't make a rock too heavy for me to lift) and the other is just you defy logic, God is the first one, so it isn't logically possible to give humans free will then turn around and force them to be good, as such this isn't a violation of his omnipotence when people do evil acts
Two, the reason why natural disasters occur, well, to be frank, people kind of forget that eternal heaven is going to really weigh down the scales on the equation, so as callous as this sounds, if setting you on fire and burning your village to the ground with a forest fire will bring you slightly closer to going to heaven, it ends up working out that you should have your village burned, that's sort of a bad way to explain it, but like I said, you should really ask a Jesuit if you want the "smart, put together" answer
