i wanna make robots again some day, when i have the money... the hobbyist robotics scene has rly kicked off now you've got things like rpi and arduino and a billion different kits for them, and now u can do stuff like object recognition with some computer vision algorithms and stuff ugh i bet i could make smth rly neat

when i was a teen i was rly into the idea of making a robot pet, part of why i went on to study math was i didnt understand the math ppl were using to program their robots to walk lol i would like to try my hand at building a mammalian quadruped type thing

add a camera hooked up to some neural network or smth so it can recognize objects in its environment and then maybe have some triggers like seek out ppl or stuff and u would have a robot dog!
