too high estrogen can get converted to testt but if you arent on aa very low of all hormones will be really b ad for ur health and low sex drive. too high estrogen shouldnt be very different in terms of sex drive (probably higher from hormone conversion) but will give u high blood pressure and put u at incresed risk of stroke and stuff

its important to use the smallest dose that puts ur in good ranges which is why a good endo will test u every 3 months (i dont do that because im lazy af and I know when my ranges are bad based on ho it feels because i got regular testing for long enough)

windows 11 has some backend changes that are good but a bit above my paygrade but my understanding is that the security/permissions architecture is like 10x better, security updates are good, network architecture is faster and obviously drivers are made for windows 11 primarily because its now the most used OS globally
