oh ok so like tenses is when u talk about time but in words. there’s past, present, and future. but it getz confusing cuz there’s more stuff like past perfect or present continuous or whatever.

- **present simple**: u do stuff now. like "i eat pizza." but not always now cuz sometimes u say "i eat pizza every day" which is kinda now but also not?? idk.
- **past simple**: u did stuff before. like "i ate pizza." easy.
- **future simple**: u gonna do stuff later. like "i will eat pizza." but sometimes ppl say "i am going to eat pizza" which is also future but idk why they make it hard.
- **present continuous**: u doing stuff right now. like "i am eating pizza." but sometimes it’s for future too like "i am eating pizza tomorrow" which makes no sense.
- **past continuous**: u was doing stuff for a while in the past. like "i was eating pizza when the phone rang." but idk why they need this tense.
- **future continuous**: u gonna be doing stuff later for a while. like "i will be eating pizza at 8pm." sounds fancy but who talks like that?
