boards are user created, so more often than not it's up to the user to configure custom css to add custom themes and whatnot

creating css themes is really hard (if you know nothing about css like me), although something like a background image isn't *toooooo* tricky

would something like that be a helpful differentiation or would that be too subtle?

ability to hide posters based on IP or name, built into the site. user extensions can plug the name one but not IP...

I'd like a toggle that replaces pressing enter with pressing a post button and allows creating new lines by just pressing enter, because I'm used to pressing enter to do so and it's annoying to press enter early accidentally without holding shift and posting before you meant to. biggest complaint about the site is the name. personal suggestion would be glegleboards/gleglechan, because most of this site's userbase is from /lgbt/ and similar circles; would also end up attracting other people that would normall avoid imageboards.
