It's hard for me to call Trump fascist cuz governments like apartheid South Africa, Pinochet in Chile, Suharto in Indonesia were generally not seen as fascist by observers/analysts and once again you can be racist/regressive/authoritarian without being fascist, all of that stuff existed before fascism in the 20th c.
