especially w having to have felt i needed to hide them n never tell anyone n being on upper thighs n all

ive mentioned before but
cutting wise am clean as of june 2020-
but ended up falling into using substances to cope instead for the next yr or so . .
i feel that

i hope u can care for self how u need
started feeling more shame over the last few yrs
and err

i became disabled n homebound w most notably a chronic chronic migraine issue in 2018 n fell into taking/trying to get codeine n stuff to cope cus it was all i thought would help after 3-4 yrs of so many meds bwa. .
i quit that tho n switched to kratom to not let myself get close to risking self ever agaain due to how err
