I’ve had no sex drive lately and felt like less of a sexual creature but also stressed and disgusted by sex more last few days

I guess I was thinking about my life slipping away and I feel like the only way to take control of it is to be kinda angry. like when I had a partner and told myself ‘I better impress her by doing well’ I got nothing. when I did well in school was when I felt like I was in an intense race with evil. I feel like sex makes you love people independent of if they’re good. I was looking at one of my friends who is ugly and I really like as a person and thinking ‘that’s the kind of person I’d want to be with’ and people I’m attracted to who I hate, and sex drive needs to shut the fuck up when it disrespects my core values by liking people who do as well. I kinda doubt this ‘total cleanliness’ mindset leads to intelligence or is sustainable.
