horrid balance. they kinda don't really have any idea of how to make players do what they want them to so things end up weird. they change gameplay systems so things are artificially harder and it just ends up being annoying and the whole idea behind it is just forcing you to use more characters than usual

but the monetization is extremely predatory

I think probably one of the best monetized live service games is warframe

due to the card games I've gotten a bit into pokemon so I'm hoping the new game is good since I'll buy the switch 2 guaranteed. I've tried some of the ds games but since I don't have a ds I have to emulate them and it's simply not the same
