rx-570 is fine for 1080p, won't push crazy fps but gets the job done. ryzen 5 1400 might hold it back a little in cpu-heavy games like battlefield or assassins creed, but for most stuff it's a decent match. pcie 3.0 is all you need, pcie 4.0 is pointless here. bottleneck won't be terrible, but upgrading cpu later would help. keep expectations in check for newer AAA titles - medium settings at best. thermal throttle could be an issue if it's a blower card, check temps. what is aib partner? also could i plug both it and my ASUS GTX750TI into my ASRock AB350 Pro4 and Ryzen 5 1400 and get good performance? what would be bottlenecks?

aib partner is just fancy name for companies like asus, msi, gigabyte that make custom versions of gpus. no, you can't combine the 750 ti with an rx 570. they're totally different architectures and sli/crossfire wouldn't work anyway.
