generally I'd say yeah

mixing w just water makes it rly bad but it mixes easier and, personally, I don't wanna make a good drink w sugar be wasted by bad tasting leaf

but if the leaf is thoroughly powderized, its usually not so bad, but I've had some places give me like jars or shipments with like visible flakes of leaf in it (tiny ish ones but still), when its supposed to be like a flour
