been playing pokemon xd gale of darkness and it's reminding me how terrible a lot of pokemon's movesets are (pic related). Jolteon learns 2 (two) electric moves, one's only 40BP and the other is at level 52, he rest of the moves it learns aren't even special type moves so it can't get any usage out of them.

&also each tm is only one use unless you get it at the game corner or whatevr

yeah one use only until gen 5, also a lot of the good ones are hidden behind like battle tower challenges and stuff*. makes trying to use these pokemon a challenge because a good attacking stat is meaningless if your moves only have like 40bp.

*speaking of, managed to get shockwave tm from battle mountain so now my jolteon has a 60bp move instead of a 40bp one, hooray!
