I don’t like Mexican/texmex either but I had some fish tacos which were ok. most of it upsets my stomach. I guess I made bean soup which I assume is also enjoyed there, most of the surf I see it cheese, vegetables, corn paste, strongly seasoned meat. I like how Indian has lentils and chickpeas and such and you can increase the flavor if they’re too bland or keep it mild
