i recommend the 1ml easytouch ones on walmart and amazon they have less dead space because they're meant for insulin or whatever

Nowadays it's probably quickest and easiest to buy it with crypto.

Estrogen is pretty safe. It's the same estrogen half the planet is using just fine. If you were to get estrogen from the doctor they are gonna first ask you about your risk for blood clots, so like family history of strokes and stuff, and if you are a smoker blah blah. It's anti-androgens that can have way more issues.

start at 2mg every 12 hour 2x per day and 50mg spiro every 12 hour. its the most basic starting dose, also melt the estradiol sublingually under your tongue or between your cheek/gums to get more into your blood stream to take stress off your liver and maximize potency, because estradiol pills arent the best for getting good levels. but they are okay to get you familiar with the subtley of the effects. ideally you will want to get injections because they are super effective. if you have any planned parenthood or gender affirming care clinics looks them up and go to them and they will prove you with free blood lab tests and hrt so you dont waste $, pill hrt is one of the most expensive ways to do hrt with less effieciency than injection. imo you can do pill hrt for 1-2 years np but injection therapy feels more stable its a less bumpy ride. less ups and downs. estradiol fluctuates daily with pills but on injection its more gradual over some days to a week for level fluctuations so its smoother sailing. once you have been trying it and figuring out if you like it, you need to find a doctor or gender affirming care clinic or planned parenthood, they will help you alot for much of your transition things. blood tests is huge to gauge where you are and get your levels into a spot that works for you and you feel good at.

bicalutamide* is what most people take. but spiro is easier to get and cheaper. and the default aa in usa. idk what the guidelines are like in brazil.

There's nothing wrong with just trying it and seeing if it's okay with you. Hrt does work on a bit of a longer timescale than a few months though.
