they're closely related so act very similar, iirc ravens are more aggressive (with other birds). since they don't flock up afaik you may also see them scrumming; birds of the same species won't fight as often esp like, it's rare to see crows fighting crows since the ones around them are usually their flock

also! there's an app called merlin, by cornell's ornithology department

you can befriend the crows of a neighborhood and come back years later and still get recognized by them it's awesome

one good way to keep pet crows would be to set up a feeder cage that extends through a window into your house, so they can go in and out. some people do similar for semi-indoor beehives

as long as you avoid like getting attacked in some way it's no harm no foul

it's popular across the south. i've lived in a bunch of southern and midwestern cities and there are catfish restaurants all over. i mean, it's kinda poor people food like fried chicken but it is like fried chicken beloved by all even if they pretend not to.
