errr, if you mean like to help sleep, beandryl/DPH does help people sleep — and, here, are sold as over the counter sleep medicine that isnt including more abusable droogs

have stayed up due to issues for over 72 before

but idk if zyrtec or tic is great for sleep, but DPH, whats in benadryl and zquil etc help sleep quite strongly

it can make chu drowsy enough to pass out but not do a ton, like real prescription sleep meds

DPH is diphenhydramine and its in most over the counter sleep meds and allergy meds, theyre usually pink or stuffs

but hope urs can improve even a lil more too

also would recommend, if ever able w knowing how pricey things are relative to here, trying out VRchat for being able to present and socialize the way you want, exactly, if ever able — notably also runs w/o VR and now theres even a mobile version, for whatever reason (money)
