I use my alphasmart neo 2s though somewhat for that but it doesn't have a dictionary beyond a list of words, but there's older ones that can be found at thrift stores for a few dollars

I love using this thing cus I can have a lightweight, mostly - more secure OS and device, and run stuff like the Linux version of okular and falcon browser etc, plus run full desktop Linux obsidian while having built in Android emu n such. .
