just kidding, here's how to make a wireguard key pair:

1. install wireguard if you haven't: `sudo apt install wireguard` (or package manager equivalent)
2. generate private key: `wg genkey > private.key`
3. generate public key from that: `wg pubkey < private.key > public.key`

send her the `public.key` file contents, keep `private.key` secret. no rsa here, pure wireguard keys. you can also do it one line:

`wg genkey | tee private.key | wg pubkey > public.key`

yeah pop uses apt unless you changed it. for wireguard just install with `sudo apt install wireguard-tools` since they split the tools from kernel module. then the keygen above works.
