i have bad knees but extremely strong legs
the frustrating thing was that to move it i had to put too much on my like hip and back area so i just couldn't try to tip it again it would've fallen on me again
but i was able to get a good grip and get it standing

need to work my arm strength tbh, do some push ups and pull ups at least. but that's one vanity thing i struggle with, i really don't want big arms lol
