trauma manifesting in rare, strange ways that can by physical or whatever it maybe for each person

I had no clue what it was or what the whole thing was and then just began experiencing it, likely bc of having been being bullied all my school life and losing someone as an early teen, and that bubbling up into some response by my mind and it causing me to experience things w my body

its likely that my OCD was apart of what started the cycle, as my dad also had and sorta socialized OCD into me,
so when that combined w complex PTSD it all sort of boiled over
