Like my impression is that people around you would look at you weird and maybe call you he/him for beinf a visibly trans woman. but at the same time if someone shouted at you and started following you around or whatever, everyone would like jump on that person and tell them to quit disturbing the peace and just leave you alone

yes, extremely so, and its sort of in the same state as like grey market drugs in the US. where you would get in trouble for being a big distributor or something, but if you just quietly ordered and used something you dont have a prescription for, you would never run into any trouble over it
