im feeling a bit better than before, i dont feel any side effects at all, i also focus better when im not completely full so my 2 meals are actually smaller than before, its like 70% of what i used to have when i ate 3

i simply ate more than i needed before, now i only eat when im hungry, so most of the days i dont eat anything in the morning
